One of the most important things a photographer should do on a wedding day is to be fully present and attentive to the couple's needs. It's crucial to be prepared and organized, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in place and that the timeline of the day is well-coordinated with everyone involved. Additionally, a photographer should have excellent communication skills to understand the couple's vision, collaborate with other vendors, and direct family and friends during formal portraits. Flexibility and adaptability are also key, as weddings can often have unexpected moments or changes in plans.

What's one of the most important things a Photographer should do on a wedding day?

I find joy in shooting wedding photography because it allows me to capture one of the most important days in a couple's life. There is a unique energy and excitement present at weddings that is truly infectious and great to be around. Being able to document the love, emotions, and beautiful moments that unfold throughout the day is incredibly rewarding. I thrive on the challenge of capturing the essence of the couple's relationship and translating it into timeless images that they can cherish for a lifetime.

What do you enjoy about shooting photography and/or weddings?

My philosophy on shooting weddings revolves around capturing the authentic emotions and intimate moments that make each couple's love story unique. I believe in a traditional approach, but also blending documentary-style photography with creative and artistic elements. I strive to be an unobtrusive observer, allowing the day to unfold naturally while also providing gentle guidance and direction when needed to capture even more photos that tell their love story. Ultimately, my goal is to tell a compelling visual narrative of the couple's wedding day, filled with genuine emotions and stunning imagery every couple will love.

What is your philosophy on shooting photography and/or weddings?

In addition to my technical expertise and artistic vision, what sets me apart as a wedding photographer is my genuine passion for capturing love stories and my years of experience being a lead, second shooter and assistant on wedding days. I approach each wedding with a deep sense of care and commitment, going above and beyond to ensure that the couple feels supported and comfortable throughout the process. I believe in building meaningful connections with all my clients, taking the time to understand their personalities, preferences, and the unique dynamics of their relationship. This allows me to create a personalized and tailored experience that results in images that truly reflect their love and connection.

Is there something interesting about you, that would make someone want to book you?

My journey in wedding photography began when I assisted a family member in capturing candid moments at my cousin's wedding when I was young. I loved how much fun it was and I was captivated by the ability to freeze precious memories in time and create beautiful images that would be cherished by my family members for years to come. Motivated by this experience, I decided to pursue formal education in photography, where I refined my technical skills and developed my artistic vision. After completing college, I branched off on my own, gradually building my portfolio and reputation as a wedding photographer. I have continued to learn and expand my knowledge in photography and every wedding teaches me something more.
