Your face is going to be the focus of your session but it’s definitely not a bad idea to care of your skin in other areas. That includes your hands and feet. Here is how to prepare your hands and feet for your boudoir session. Our amazing hair and makeup artist Jessi Boike (https://www.facebook.com/mkjessiwendland) has taken the time to offer some help and tips on what you can do.

We recommend a professional manicure and pedicure, with gel polish or even lengthy acrylics.  However, designs and bright colors can actually be very distracting at your shoot.

In the days leading up to your session, keep your hands very moisturized.  We recommend a cuticle cream or oil to keep them glowing.  If your hands are extremely dry, wear extra moisturizer overnight.

If you prefer no color on your nails, manicure them with a buffing brush to have them smooth and shiny!
