So, it’s important that you figure out where you have difficulties with your mental health.
Ask for help
Never be afraid to ask for help. It’s so hard to admit when we need help or can’t do something on our own. But it’s so important to find the courage to ask a friend or professional to assist you with problems that arise in your life. Anyone is here to help. Lend a listening ear. Take you in or drive you wherever you need to go.
It is weird to say, but I’m not ashamed to say it but I see a therapist. I go to therapy to work on my mental health. Not only do I go to work on my mental health but I also go to just have someone to talk to about life and the situations that arise. The therapist I have is super sweet and it’s almost like chatting with another girlfriend and taking about life. Except she knows more about human psychology and how we think and feel. It’s always great for me to get to talk to this person every month or every few weeks. It helps to talk out problems I am having or life situations that are going on. No judgement. Just help.
